He's passionate about new technologies and the potential they offer Spirit’s clients, and loves addressing the unique challenges posed by large social communities and the creative & commercial potential of digital beings.

A commercial leader, Jon ensures Spirit’s finances and operations remain on track. He has 30 years’ experience in consulting, technology and finance with CSC UK, Fujitsu, IBM Europe and PwC. Jon manages both business plan and budget, and is overseeing the expansion into the US.

A lifelong gamer, Alan can usually be found grinding out achievements, working on his personal game development projects, tinkering with electronics and music, or reading ghost stories.

A keen interest in both business & technology, Harry is fortunate to have a hybrid role at Spirit – helping set business strategy while engineering the product. Has always been intrigued with start-ups from a young age. When not working, you can find him up a mountain or diving with fish.
